Leadership can be of different categories: autocratic [leader who has a lot of tyranical power]; charismatic [leader’s self-image draws audience]; managerial [leader focuses on day-to-day operations and works with others to complete various tasks]; democratic [leaders shares ideas and equal status of all, but retains decision-making powers]; collaborative [leader involves everyone]; You can be a leader in a lot of different ways and in a lot of different levels – not everyone is a leader all the time. You too, can lead!

Being a leader you will have to grow and work very hard on building your personal development,  it also involve that you are strogly determind in making a real difference in your community and inspiring others to contribute to making a positive change. Good leaders help team members to continuously remember their vision and mission so they feel inspired and committed always.

Unavoidable tips for a good leader;

  • Good leaders are focused more than others; they have a core vision which they share with others, and they are determind to encourage others see that vision and how it can be acheived.
  • Good leaders are solution orianted; they are pro-active always, they see problems and work out a solution immediatly with the team
  • Leaders do not coax or oblige, they motivate and convince people to work with them
  • Good leaders are always responsible; they do not take on the task alone, but rather share the task with team members
  • Good leaders know their strengths and acknowledge their weaknesses when due
  • Good leaders offer suggestions rather than make complaints, they see problems as an opportunity to grow, develop and learn new ideas
  • Good leaders renders apologies when they are wrong and make a promise never to fall back to that same mistake
  • Good leaders always seek advice from others
  • Good leaders always invite and put into consideration the views of those who might not agree with them

There is no particular road or hight  to being a leader.Everyone can become a great leader and there are a lot of different ways to practise leadership.
